We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Aramex/Smsa/DHL or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or custom random checks if you are ordering internationally.
International orders on average take around 30 working days in transit time.
1) How can I track my order?
Whenever an order you placed through DK Abaya ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details. It will be sent to the email address registered with your DK Abaya Account, or used during the checkout process.
2) What shipping speeds are offered?
DK Abaya may have up to 2 shipping speeds and all available shipping speeds will show during checkout.
The speeds that show are dependent on those made available by the seller.
- Delivery inside Saud Arabia, 2 to 3 business days after shipment
- Delivery to GCC 5 business days
- international delivery Shipment 7 working
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3 business day(s) for orders in Saudi Arabia and 7 business days if you are GCC. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless agreed upfront with the customer. If we are experiencing a high volume of requests, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We have one shipping fee formula irrespective of the destination.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). DAMAGES
Our website www.dkabaya.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. In rare cases, we do compensate customers on missing products if the right documentation is in place and proof is present
